Bioconductor partners with Physalia Courses to support training in bioinformatics and computational biology using Bioconductor.
Courses listed here fall into two categories:
- Bioconductor-Physalia: co-branded courses led by instructors with established teaching experience within the Bioconductor/Carpentries training community.
- Bioconductor-associated: Physalia courses with substantial Bioconductor content that are supported through the collaboration. This provides a route for additional instructors and courses to engage with the Bioconductor training community.
All courses listed below offer two free places for participants from low- and middle-income countries.
